C0-Constructive Tool
My takeaways
Co-construction is when there is involvement of more than two people in the construction of knowledge where they share ideas, work together, co-create/edit ideas. We need to integrate this into classroom because putting more heads together generations more creative and fascinating ideas. Moreover, exposing yourself to different perspectives leads to high le vel of cognitive process. Learners can be an active participant learner and work collaboratively. Example of co-constructive tool includes google slides, google sheets, google docs, coggle, google workspace and many more.
To work collaboratively and share our knowledge integrating technology, we did a practice in the class where we were divided into groups of 7 members. Each group were provided with different concept/topic topics work on. Our group did on 'using social media in teaching and learning' where each of us shared our understanding and findings on the concept using unique color coding. The main platform that we used was google docs to compile all the information. We also used chat box feature in the google docs to communicate and other forms of social media platforms like telegram and messenger. While working on this task, it not only allows us to share our perspectives only but also we can co-create or edit others information. We can also give feedback instantly and validate the information. We can see how others are doing, communicate and come up with a successful result.
